Optus Fails

My husband and I are completely fed up with our Optus TV service which has been playing up for weeks now. FOUR TIMES the Optus repairmen have been out to fix the problem, but it still doesn't work. We start enjoying a show, then it pixilates, screeches, and at times drops out all together. They will receive yet another call on Monday.
They don't provide the service but they still charge us for it !! Not good enough.

Hi Margaret, we have had the same problems with our Telstra T Box.The unit and remote were returned but we still experienced the same problems with new ones, in fact it was worse and the T Box seem to constantly have no servvice from our internet. My husband rang and asked them to tear up our contract which they were quite agreeable to,much to our surprise but we have yet to see a refund for our wasted expenditure. Regards Julie m
